How to do it
Load one end of a barbell into a landmine and clip on the linebacker attachment so it sits across your shoulders like a yoke. Stand with feet about shoulder-width, push your hips back and bend your knees to lower until your thighs are at least parallel, keeping your chest up, then drive through your heels to stand.
- 1Quads and glutes loading evenly as you squat down
- 2Your torso staying upright with the attachment braced on your shoulders
- 3A strong drive through your heels with a glute squeeze at the top
Common mistakes
- Letting the attachment pull your chest forward
- Caving your knees inward or lifting your heels
- Arching your lower back instead of bracing your core
