How to do it
Stand holding the end of a barbell in a landmine attachment with one hand. Press the barbell upward and slightly forward, engaging your shoulder, triceps, and core.
- 1Press the barbell forward and up using your shoulder and triceps
- 2Engage your core and glutes to stabilize your body
- 3Feel the natural arc of the landmine guiding the press
Common mistakes
- Don't overextend your lower back during the press
- Avoid pressing too far away from your body, stay close
- Don't twist your torso or shift your hips
