How to do it
Load one end of a barbell into a landmine and clip on a Viking press attachment so you can grip both neutral handles. Stand or half-kneel facing the bar, handles at chest height, and press the attachment up and slightly forward along the landmine arc. Lower under control until your hands return to your chest.
