How to do it
Set up in a half-kneeling or staggered stance with one foot acting as a kickstand for balance. Reach the same-side arm up and over toward the opposite side, leaning to lengthen the lat and side body, then hold and breathe.
- 1A long stretch from your hip up through the lat and ribs
- 2Your reaching arm pulling tall and over
- 3Your core gently bracing to control the lean

- Twisting the torso instead of leaning to the side
- Collapsing into your lower back
- Bouncing to force more range
