How to do it
Stand with two kettlebells between your feet, hips back and chest up. Extend your hips explosively to pull both bells up, threading your hands around them to catch them in the front rack against your forearms. Stand tall, then lower back down to reset.
- 1Feel your hips and legs drive both bells up off the floor
- 2Thread your hands around the bells so they land softly in the rack
- 3Keep the bells close to your body on the way up
Common mistakes
- Don't pull the bells up with your arms; use hip extension
- Avoid catching the bells so they bang your wrists
- Don't round your back; keep the hinge sharp
