How to do it
Stand with feet hip-width apart holding a kettlebell in front of you. Hinge at the hips and bend your knees to lower the bell toward the outside of one foot, rotating your torso slightly, then drive your hips forward and rotate back to standing tall.

- 3Keep your back flat and let your obliques control the rotation
- 4Drive through your heels and extend your hips fully at the top
Common mistakes
- Don't round your back or let the bell pull you out of position
- Don't over-rotate the spine; keep the twist small and controlled
- Don't lock your knees or jerk the bell off the floor
