How to do it

Stand or sit tall holding a single kettlebell overhead with both hands cupping the bell, arms extended. Bend your elbows to lower the kettlebell behind your head, keeping your upper arms vertical and close to your ears, then extend to press it back overhead.

  1. 1Feel your triceps stretch as the kettlebell lowers behind your head
  2. 2Keep your elbows close to your head and stationary
  3. 3Squeeze your triceps at the top and control the descent

Common mistakes

  • Avoid flaring your elbows out wide
