How to do it
Lie back on an incline bench holding a kettlebell in each hand extended over your chest. Keeping your upper arms fixed, bend at the elbows to lower the kettlebells toward your head, then extend back up to lock out. Only the forearms move while the elbows stay pointed up.
- 1Feel your triceps stretch as the kettlebells lower past your head
- 2Keep your upper arms fixed and elbows pointing up
- 3Drive through the triceps to lock out at the top
Common mistakes
- Avoid letting your elbows flare out or drift
- Don't move your upper arms; only the forearms swing
- Avoid lowering too far and straining your elbows
