How to do it
Start standing with feet together and arms down. Jump your feet out wide while raising your arms overhead like a jumping jack, then jump back to the start. Stay light and bouncy on the balls of your feet.
- 1Feel your calves spring you off the floor each rep
- 2Keep a light, quick bounce and steady rhythm
- 3Land soft with a small knee bend
Common mistakes
- Don't land heavy or stomp your feet
- Avoid jumping excessively high; keep it quick
- Don't hold your breath; stay relaxed
