How to do it

Lie on your back with the soles of your feet together and knees dropped out to the sides, or stand in a wide stance. Squeeze your inner thighs to pulse the knees or legs together in small, repeated reps, then release slightly.

  1. 1Feel the inner thighs squeezing on every pulse
  2. 2Keep the pulses small and controlled
  3. 3Maintain a steady, even rhythm
