How to do it
Sit upright on a bench holding an EZ bar with an underhand grip on the angled handles. Keep your elbows pinned at your sides and curl the bar up toward your shoulders by squeezing the biceps. Lower under control to a full stretch, keeping your upper arms still throughout.
