How to do it

Sit or stand tall with your shoulders relaxed. Gently tilt your head back and slightly to one side, lengthening the front and side of your neck until you feel a mild stretch. Hold briefly, return to center, and repeat to the other side, keeping the movement small and controlled.

  1. 1A gentle stretch along the front and side of your neck
  2. 2Your shoulders staying down and relaxed
  3. 3Small, controlled movement rather than a deep drop

Common mistakes
