How to do it

Sit on the floor holding dumbbells at your shoulders, lean back slightly, and lift your feet off the ground. Press the dumbbells overhead while extending your legs straight out, then bring the weights back to your shoulders as you draw your knees in. Keep the feet floating and repeat the in-out leg motion with each press.
