How to do it
Sit back on an incline bench holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging straight down and a neutral grip, palms facing each other. Curl the dumbbells toward your shoulders while keeping the palms facing in, then lower slowly to a full stretch. The incline stretches the biceps while the neutral grip loads the brachialis and forearms.
- 1Deep stretch at the bottom with palms facing in
- 2Biceps and forearms working through the neutral-grip curl
- 3Elbows held back and still as you curl and lower
Common mistakes
