How to do it
Stand with your back and head against a wall and your feet a few inches out. Gently draw your chin straight back to press the back of your head into the wall without tilting up or down, hold briefly, then relax.

- Jutting your chin up or down instead of straight back
- Pressing so hard you strain your neck
