How to do it
Stand or sit tall and slowly tilt your head back to look up at the ceiling, letting your jaw relax. Feel a gentle stretch through the front of your neck and throat, and hold without forcing the range.

- 2Let your head tip back slowly and your jaw relax
- 3Keep your shoulders down and relaxed as you hold
Common mistakes
- Don't crank your head back hard or force the range
- Avoid shrugging your shoulders up toward your ears
- Don't hold if you feel pinching; back off to a comfortable stretch
