How to do it
Set a cable pulley high and attach a single D-handle. Stand facing the stack and grip the handle with an overhand (pronated) grip, elbow pinned to your side. Press the handle down until your arm is fully straight, squeezing the triceps, then return under control to about 90 degrees.
