How to do it

Set an incline bench in front of a low pulley and lie back holding a rope or bar with your arms extended up and back over your head. Keeping your elbows fixed and pointed up, bend at the elbows to lower the attachment behind your head, then extend back to straight arms.

  1. 1Feel your triceps stretch and contract through the long range
  2. 2Keep your elbows fixed and pointing toward the ceiling
  3. 3Fully straighten your arms and squeeze at the top

Common mistakes
