How to do it
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, then lift your hips into a glute bridge. Holding the bridge, push your knees apart to abduct your hips, then bring them back together without dropping your hips.
- 1Feel your glutes hold the bridge while your outer hips push the knees
- 2apart
- 3Keep your hips lifted and level throughout
- 4Drive your knees out under control and resist on the way back
Common mistakes
- Do not let your hips drop as your knees open
- Do not let your knees cave inward on the return
- Do not rush; control the abduction both directions
