How to do it
Set a barbell across your upper back and stand in a split stance with your front foot raised on a low plate or step. Lower straight down until your back knee nears the floor, keeping the front shin loaded, then drive up through the front heel. Finish all reps on one side before switching.

- Don't let the front knee cave inward
