How to do it

Anchor a resistance band low or stand on one end, then grip the other end with both hands and press it overhead behind your head with your elbows bent. Keeping your elbows close to your head and pointing up, extend your arms straight overhead against the band's pull, then lower back down under control.

  1. 1Feel your triceps contract as you straighten your arms overhead
  2. 2Keep your elbows close to your head and pointing up
  3. 3Squeeze at the top and control the band on the way down

Common mistakes
