How does a war work?
Your clan is matched against another clan. Everyone in the war is matched one against one with a person on the other side.
You pick one muscle on the person you are matched with. Train that same muscle yourself, and the XP you earn there counts against them.
Each fight is worth up to 3 stars, and your stars go to your clan's score. The clock at the top of the war map shows the time left. When it reaches zero, the clan with more stars wins.
The map shows every fight in the war. Yours is the one marked YOUR FIGHT.
The XP has to come from the muscle you picked. Training a different muscle does not move your fight.
