How do I make a team?

A team lets a gym or studio with more than one trainer work in one place, at no extra cost. Open Team in the sidebar and press Get started. Give your team a name, then press Invite trainer to invite your trainers by email. Add a logo with Edit team.

👉 Roles

There are three roles. The owner made the team and pays for it. Admins see every client on the team, move clients between trainers, edit other trainers' programs, and invite or remove trainers. Members see their own clients and programs.

• Everyone: sees their own clients and programs, invites clients, removes their own clients, and uses the team library.
• Owners and admins: also see every client on the team, filter the Dashboard by trainer, move a client to another trainer, edit other trainers' programs, and invite and remove trainers.
• Only the owner: changes roles and pays for the team.

✌️ Clients

Every trainer invites and trains their own clients. Owners and admins see all of the team's clients and can move one to another trainer on the Team page. The client's program and notes go with them.

If you remove a trainer from the team, their clients move to you.

👌 Team library

Each trainer keeps their own programs, and together they make the team library. Find it in Program Library under Team library. Anyone on the team can copy a program to their own library.

💳 Billing

The owner pays one plan for the whole team, priced by the total number of clients across every trainer. Admins and members don't pay. How billing works.

If a trainer pays for their own plan when they join, we refund the unused part of their month and stop their plan. If the refund can't go through, their plan stops at the end of the month they paid for instead.
