What happens when I log out?

Kovo finishes saving anything it has not saved yet, then signs you out and puts you back on the sign in screen.

You are signed out everywhere, not only on this phone. Kovo also clears your account off the device, so nothing of yours is left on it.

Nothing is deleted. Your workouts, streak, XP and gems live on your account, and they are all there when you sign back in.
