When exactly does my duel end?

A duel ends at the end of its last day, in the time zone of the person who started it. A 7 day duel ends at the end of their seventh day, not 7 times 24 hours after they tapped.

What counts is when you finished the workout. A workout that shows up in the duel late still counts, as long as you did it in time.

Training after the last day does not count. The clock has already stopped.
