What is the difference between achievements, badges and medals?

All three live in your Collection on the You tab. What changes is how you unlock them.

• Achievements: you can see these coming. They show you what to work toward.
• Badges: these stay hidden until you unlock one, or until you make progress on it.
• Medals: one for each month, unlocked by finishing 30 quests inside that month.

A gap in your badges does not mean there is nothing there. Some badges only appear once you are on your way to them.

Once you unlock any of the three, it is yours to keep. You cannot lose one later.
