How to do it
Start in a push-up position facing the wall with your feet touching the base. Walk your feet up the wall while simultaneously walking your hands closer to the wall, keeping your body in a tight hollow position. Continue walking until your chest lightly touches the wall and your body is vertical or as high as comfortable. Reverse the movement by walking your hands forward and your feet down the wall until you return to the starting position.
- 1Start in a push-up position and walk your feet up the wall as your hands move toward it
- 2Feel your shoulders and core working hard to support you
- 3Pause when you reach a comfortable inverted position
Common mistakes
- Don't let your hips sag as you walk up
- Avoid sudden movements or jerks, move one limb at a time
- Don't let your head drop, keep your neck aligned
