How to do it
Lie on your back with your legs raised straight up and your hands behind your head. Crunch up and twist your torso to bring one shoulder toward the opposite side, lower with control, then alternate sides while keeping your legs up.
- 1Feel your obliques rotate the shoulder across the body
- 2Keep your legs steady and pointing up
- 3Lift with your core, not your neck
Common mistakes
- Do not pull on your head with your hands
- Avoid letting your legs drift or drop
- Do not rush the twist without controlling the lift
