How to do it
Jump and bring knees up towards chest, land softly and immediately repeat for desired duration or repetitions.
- 1Use your legs to generate power and bring your knees toward your chest
- 2Engage your core to tuck and stabilize midair
- 3Land softly on the balls of your feet with knees slightly bent
Common mistakes
- Don't land with stiff legs or locked knees
- Avoid letting your knees knock together
- Don't collapse your torso or round your back
