How to do it
Stand tall with your arms out wide in a T position. Drive one knee up toward the opposite elbow while rotating your torso to meet it, then return to the tall T and repeat on the other side. Move with rhythm, twisting through the trunk on each knee drive.
- 1Feel your obliques crunch and rotate the torso into each knee
- 2Drive the knee up high and pull the elbow toward it
- 3Stay tall and balanced through the standing leg
Common mistakes
- Don't just bend forward; rotate through the trunk
- Avoid rounding your back or collapsing your chest
- Don't rush so much that you lose balance
Muscles worked
