How to do it
Wear a weighted vest and place both feet in the TRX foot cradles, then set up in a push-up position with hands under your shoulders so your feet sit higher than your head. Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows, then press back up strongly.
- 1Feel your lower chest and shoulders driving the press from the decline
- 2Keep your core tight and body straight against the added load
- 3Lower until your chest nearly touches, then press up with power
Common mistakes
- Avoid letting your hips sag or pike up under the vest
- Do not flare your elbows too wide; keep a moderate angle
- Avoid letting the straps swing as you press
