How to do it
Step out to the side like a low-impact jumping jack while curling both hands up with palms facing in toward your shoulders. Step back in and lower your hands, then repeat to the other side in a continuous rhythm.

Common mistakes
- Do not let your elbows drift forward or flare out as you curl
