How to do it
Stand tall and drive one knee up while twisting your torso to bring the opposite elbow toward it, then switch sides in a steady bicycle rhythm. Keep your core engaged and move with control as you alternate.

Common mistakes
- Do not just bend forward without rotating the torso
- Avoid rushing and losing your balance
