How to do it
Stand tall and bring one knee up while crunching the opposite elbow toward it, mimicking a standing bicycle. As you lower, tap that foot lightly to the floor, then drive the other knee up and crunch to the opposite side.
- 1Your obliques crunching elbow toward opposite knee
- 2A quick light foot tap between each rep
- 3The standing leg holding you steady through the cycle
Common mistakes
- Just flapping the elbows without trunk rotation
- Letting the chest cave instead of staying tall
- Planting the tapping foot heavily and stalling
Muscles worked
