How to do it
Drive the sled forward by pushing through your legs, keeping your body low and core engaged. Maintain consistent pace and control.
- 1Push the sled using your legs while maintaining a slight forward lean
- 2Your glutes, quads, and calves should be working together
- 3Keep your core engaged and arms straight as you drive
Common mistakes
- Don't collapse your chest or round your back
- Avoid taking tiny choppy steps, drive powerfully with each stride
- Don't rely on your arms to move the sled
