How to do it
Sit on the edge of a padded stool with your torso leaned back slightly and hands gripping the sides for support. Tuck both knees toward one side of your chest, then extend and switch to step the tuck to the other side. Keep your core braced throughout.

- Avoid swinging your legs with momentum
