How to do it
Sit tall cross-legged or on a chair and reach one arm overhead. Lean smoothly toward the opposite side to lengthen the side of your torso, then return to center and flow to the other side, moving with your breath.

- Collapsing forward instead of leaning straight to the side
- Lifting the opposite hip off the floor
- Forcing the lean past a comfortable stretch
