How to do it
Stand tall and step side to side, shifting your weight onto each foot as you go. Raise both arms overhead in time with the steps and lower them as you come back. Keep a light, rhythmic pace to warm up and raise your heart rate.
- 1A light bounce through your legs as you shift side to side
- 2Your shoulders working as the arms travel overhead
- 3Your core staying tall and upright through the steps
Common mistakes
- Slouching or letting the chest collapse
- Stomping hard instead of stepping lightly
- Letting the movement get sloppy as you speed up
