How to do it
Stand in a light athletic stance and step side to side. As you step, circle your forearms around each other in a continuous boxing handroll in front of your chest, keeping your feet light and the rhythm steady.
- 1Legs and glutes driving the side-to-side steps
- 2Shoulders and arms working through the continuous handroll
- 3Light, quick feet with an upright posture
Common mistakes
- Letting your feet get heavy or flat on the steps
- Hunching forward as you roll your arms
- Slowing the handroll so it stops being continuous
