How to do it
Set up in a side plank on your forearm with your body in a straight line and your top arm reaching toward the ceiling. Rotate your torso to thread the top arm under your body, then twist back and raise it up into a lateral delt raise at the top. Keep your hips lifted and stable through every rep.
- 1Your bottom-side obliques holding the plank
- 2Your obliques rotating the torso on the thread-through
- 3Your side delt working as you raise the top arm
Common mistakes
