How to do it

Set up in a side plank with your forearm on a padded stool and body in a straight line. Reach your top arm under and through your torso to rotate, then open back up reaching toward the ceiling. Repeat, then switch sides.

Common mistakes

  • Do not let the hips drop toward the floor
