How to do it
Lie on one side propped on your forearm. Bring your top elbow and top knee together by crunching through your side, then extend them apart in a cycling motion. Repeat for reps and switch sides.
- 1Feel your obliques crunch the elbow and knee together
- 2Keep tension on your side through the full cycle
- 3Control the extension instead of dropping the leg
Common mistakes
- Do not let your hips roll forward or backward
- Avoid pulling with your neck or arm
- Do not rush; keep the cycling motion controlled
