How to do it
Start in a low athletic stance and perform quick lateral shuffle steps in one direction, then drop and pump your legs in an air-bike running motion before shuffling back the other way. Keep moving continuously, blending the lateral shuffle with the fast cycling action to drive your heart rate up. Stay light on your feet and keep your chest up throughout.
- 1Feel your quads, glutes, and calves driving the shuffle and the fast leg

- 3Keep your chest up and stay light and springy on the balls of your feet

Common mistakes
- Don't let your knees cave in or your feet cross during the shuffle
