How to do it
Sit toward the front of a chair with your core braced and arms ready to swing. Reach one arm across your body as you sweep the opposite leg out to the side, then switch sides in a flowing skater rhythm to drive the heart rate up.
- 1Outer hips and glutes sweeping each leg out
- 2Arms and torso flowing side to side
- 3A steady rhythm that keeps you moving
Common mistakes
- Collapsing your posture between reaches
- Moving so fast the motion gets sloppy
- Holding tension in your neck and shoulders
