How to do it
Lie on your back with hands behind your head. Crunch up and rotate your torso to one side while simultaneously lifting the opposite leg to meet your turn, then lower and repeat to the other side.

- Pulling the head forward with your hands
- Letting the lifted leg drop with momentum
