How to do it
Stand on a resistance band and grip the ends with palms facing forward. Curl by pulling your elbows back behind you so the handles drag straight up along the front of your body, keeping the band close. Squeeze the biceps at the top, then lower under control.
- 1Your biceps working as the handles drag up close to your body
- 2Your elbows traveling back behind your torso, not staying pinned forward
- 3A peak squeeze at the top with steady band tension
Common mistakes
- Don't swing your torso or use momentum
- Avoid letting the band drift away from your body
- Don't let your wrists bend back; keep them firm
