How to do it

Start in a high plank with your body straight and core braced. Explosively hop both feet forward toward your hands into a tucked position, then jump them back out to the plank. Keep a quick, controlled rhythm.

  1. 1Core and hip flexors snapping your knees in toward your chest
  2. 2Shoulders bracing hard to support each jump
  3. 3A controlled landing back into a flat plank

Common mistakes

  • Letting your hips shoot up high as you tuck
  • Landing heavy or losing the plank line on the way back
  • Letting your shoulders drift behind your wrists
