How to do it
Lie on your back next to a doorway or corner with one leg extended straight up the wall and the other leg through the open doorway resting flat on the floor. Slide your hips closer to the wall until you feel a stretch in the back of the raised leg. Hold and breathe, keeping the leg straight.
