How to do it
Lie on your back with your legs extended and hands at your sides or under your hips for support. Draw both knees in toward your chest by curling your pelvis, then extend your legs back out without letting your heels touch the floor. Keep your lower back pressed down throughout.
- 1Lower abs working to pull your knees toward your chest
- 2Lower back staying flat against the floor
- 3Constant tension as the legs extend back out
Common mistakes
- Don't let your lower back arch off the floor
- Avoid swinging the legs with momentum
- Don't rest your heels down between reps
