How to do it
Lie on your back with your head resting on the floor. Tuck your chin toward your chest to lengthen the back of your neck, then lift your head a few inches off the floor and hold briefly before lowering. Keep the movement small and controlled to target the deep neck flexors.
- 1The front of your neck working as you tuck and lift
- 2A long stretch at the back of the neck during the tuck
- 3A slow, controlled lower back to the floor
